    Ying Yong, male, Han nationality, born in November 1957, holds a master's degree in law. He is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and currently serves as a member of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP), Prosecutor General, member of the Procuratorial Committee, and the Chief Grand Prosecutor.

Ying Yong, Chief Grand Prosecutor and Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate of the People's Republic of China, who was visiting Vietnam to attend the 13th China-ASEAN Prosecutors-General Conference, met with Le Minh Chi, Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate of Vietnam, in Hanoi, capital of Vietnam on Dec 5(local time).
